Returns:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at charmcandlecompany24@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide you with shipping instructions, and a return address. You will be responsible to purchase a return shipping label.

Refunds: 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and your refund amount will be applied to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
