1. What are charm candles?
Charm Candles are regular candles with 3 bracelet charms inside the wax, giving each candle its own surprise.
3. How do I find the charms in my candle?
Simply light and enjoy your candle. The charms could take anywhere between 2-10 hours to show. Possibly more to be fully revealed.
4. What makes charm candles unique?
The combination of eco-friendly soy wax, scent quality and the surprise of a little hidden charms inside, makes it a perfect gift for people of any age.
5. Are the candles safe for pets or children?
Yes, the fragrances and wax are completely safe for pets and children to breathe. However the candles should be kept away from reach of pets or children when lit. The charms should also be kept away to avoid possible choking.
6. What types of charms can I find in my candle?
Each of our collections have their own exclusive charms that match that vibe. For example, our Tropical Collection includes charms like tiny palm trees, birds, seashells, etc. The specific charms you get are a surprise, but we promise it'll match the theme of the scent you chose!
7. Can I choose the type of charms in my candle?
You can not specifically choose the charms that you get but the charms are themed based on the scent.
8. How long do I need to burn my candle before I find the charms?
It can take anywhere between 2-10 hours to find your charms. Possibly more to fully reveal them.
9. How are the charms protected from the flame?
The charms are put in a small plastic bag and then wrapped in aluminum foil to protect them from the flame.
10. Can I return a candle if I don't like the charms I received or the scent?
You can only return a candle if it has not been used and is in the shape it was delivered in. If you are unhappy with you charms you received, we would love for you to let us know so we can improve the quality of our products, but unfortunately no refunds will be given.
11. How can I ensure a long and even burn for my candle?
Always trim the wick to ¼ inches before burning. Burn your candle until the wax is melted evenly all the way across. Keep your burning candle away from wind. Don't leave unattended while burning. Don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
12. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we do not, but we're looking to expand internationally in the upcoming years.
