3. What types of charms can I find in my candle?

The charms found in the candles come from the collection that you choose. For example, if you choose our tropical collection, you can find at random a variety for different charms from the tropical collection.

4. Can I choose the type of charms in my candle?

You can not specifically choose the charms that you get but you an choose a collection and you will receive at random 3 charms from that collection

5. How long do I need to burn my candle before I find the charms?

It can take anywhere between 2-10 hours to find your charms

6. What sizes do the bracelets in the starter kit come in?

We only have one size which is a 9 inch bracelet but it is easily adjustable to fit just about any wrist size.

7. Is the candle wax safe and eco-friendly?

We only use 100% pure natural soy wax grown in America.

8. What should I do if a charm is damaged when I find it?

We take great care to insure our charms are well protected and don't get damaged. However if a charm is damaged we can't do much. If you send a picture of the damaged charm, we can give you a discount for future purchase

9. Can I return a candle if I don't like the charms I received or the scent?

You can return the candle as long as it has not been burned and all the parts are in the original box. If you burn the candle and do not like the charms that you received, unfortunately you can't return it. All the charms available are shown before you order so you will have some sense of what you are getting.

10. How can I ensure a long and even burn for my candle?

 Always trim the wick to ⅛ to ¼  inches before burning. Burn your candle until the wax is melted evenly all the way across. Keep your burning candle away from moving air. Don't leave unattended while burning
